Updates
Self-updating. Read more
Self-updating. Opt-in weekly update check. With "Install updates automatically every week" on (the default once opted in) it installs updates for every installed package: backup first, the package self-test, automatic rollback if that fails; .env, config, brand and data files are not touched; a what-is-new note is written to state/whats-new.md and Mission Control shows an Updates card. One switch turns it off (node install/lib/update-settings.js --auto-update off). Manual path: git pull the member repo and rerun the installer. Commercial terms on the site: 2 weeks of bug fixes and 90 days of optional feature updates through GitHub are included; after that the Updates & Support Plan applies. Release cadence is not stated publicly; the release notes show 34 bundle releases between 2026-09-20 and 2026-10-03.. Version 8.19

What it takes off your plate

An AI business operating system installed on your own Mac and configured around your business, with a Mission Control dashboard and 70 working agents on day one. For service-based small businesses under 30 employees.

Read the full description

Your whole business. All sorted.

You want to run your business. You do not want to be its admin department, its IT person, or its AI engineer. All Sorted is a working AI operating system installed on your own Mac, configured around your business in a single setup pass, with a Mission Control dashboard that runs the operations you have been doing by hand. 70 working agents on day one. No DIY. No monthly SaaS.

Installed for you. A guided, live setup pass on your machine. Your AI sessions and project context are brought in, your API keys are wired, and the agents are configured to your business.

One dashboard, not ten tools. CRM, billing, email, scheduling, content and security in one place, connected to each other.

Provider-agnostic. Your keys. Your account. Work is routed across Anthropic, OpenAI and Google Gemini using your own keys, so the system keeps running if one provider rate-limits or changes policy.

Yours alone, on your machine. Not a SaaS. It runs on hardware you own, with no shared database and no third-party data access. Every agent is a readable file and every Mission Control page is editable code, so you can extend it.

Built from the book. All Sorted is the commercial install of the architecture documented in "How to Build Your Own AI Agent Operating System": dispatch layer, project index, capability routing, durable data, verification and a security stack.

Not the right fit if you have 30 or more employees, need SOC2 or SSO, want a $20-a-month SaaS, or want to build it yourself from source.

Operating system and operations14 agents
  • AutonomizerFinds the work you keep repeating and proposes automations with evidence.

Evidence-backed automation proposals, scoped selection and maintenance checks.

  • ConnectorsWork out what a service needs from you before you try to connect it.

A directory of the connection paths available on this machine. It checks what is already configured, lists which routes exist for a service, and explains in plain terms what that particular service will ask you for. It connects nothing by itself, so nothing here can spend or send.

  • DoctorCheck whether your install is actually healthy, then fix two of the faults.

Diagnostic and repair agent that checks whether the installed product's own moving parts are healthy, and can re-run a failed installer or rebuild a stale search index.

  • EvolverNotices what you keep repeating and proposes a fix you have to approve.

Local self-healing runtime that observes recurring local usage, turns it into durable learning state, and proposes bounded repairs and deterministic routes for human review. Nothing is applied without explicit approval, and nothing leaves the machine.

  • Google WorkspaceRead your Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Contacts, and draft rather than send.

Triage unread mail, find the conflicts and back-to-backs in your week, prepare for a meeting, look up a person, and find a file. It drafts replies and forwards for you to approve. Archiving, trashing and labelling change your mailbox, so those ask first and say exactly what they will touch.

  • Infrastructure ManagerWatch the servers, certificates and endpoints you told it about.

Read-only checks for customer-configured remote infrastructure.

  • Mac CleanerFinds what is eating your disk, and removes nothing until you confirm.

Preview-first macOS storage audit and cleanup agent limited to customer-configured directories.

  • OrganizerKeep an index of every recipe, skill, and workflow on your machine.

Local workspace indexer for projects, capabilities, and operational records.

  • OverseerTells you when something you run has stopped, filled up, or gone stale.

Health-monitoring agent for configured services, scheduled jobs, disk space, logs, backups, and env files, with bounded repair: restart a stopped configured service or clear a stale wedged lock.

  • Parallel SidecarsWorks out which parts of a job can run in the background at once.

Plans safe parallel background lanes for an agent session, with a staged capability ladder, and isolated writable git worktrees that return patches for review instead of editing files.

  • Report RelayFormats a status report and shows you exactly what would be sent.

Report-formatting agent with your own delivery configuration.

  • Autonomy PolicyDeclare what an automated run may touch, then read the policy back.

An overnight pass over the parts of your system you have explicitly allowed, which finds concrete things worth fixing and writes you a report to read in the morning. It orchestrates the checks other modules already do well and adds one of its own: recipes pointing at handlers that are not there, recipes with too few triggers to route, and settings that never got past the example file. It suggests and never acts. There is no command in it that carries out one of its own suggestions. It is off when installed, schedules nothing, and reads nothing outside the projects you set to allowed. Four safety properties are re-checked against its own installed source every time you ask for status.

  • StrategistOne short brief each morning on the three things that actually matter.

Structured planning assistant for priorities, decisions, and daily briefs.

  • TailscaleDiagnose private-network access between your machines, in order.

Checks whether your machines can actually reach each other over Tailscale, and walks SSH setup in the order that finds the fault fastest instead of guessing. Where it prepares access, a person reviews it before anything is granted.

Content and brand10 agents
  • Branding ManagerKeeps a written brand brain per project, and checks your copy against it.

Offline portable brand-system toolkit with evidence-safe discovery, validation, and copy repair.

  • Carousel BuilderTurns a brief, or a post that already worked, into a branded carousel. Posts only when you say PUBLISH.

Turn a brief or a post that already worked into a branded, swipeable carousel. Ten slide templates that work as one family, in portrait, square and story sizes; a layout check on every render; PNG and PDF export; background images from your own library, free stock or generators; a Meta ads handoff file; and confirmation-gated publishing to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok. It runs on its own: a command line, recipes for agents, and its own browser screen (carousel ui). Zero npm dependencies. Mission Control is optional.

  • All Sorted Content StudioHooks, ad images, carousels and video edits from one brief, with a director agent that checks the work.

One install for making ad and social content: HookLab for hooks, Ad Images, a light Carousel Builder, HeyGen Ad Videos and a Video Editor, run by a Content Director agent that briefs the work, reviews it by eye and hands off a file for your ads tool. Works in whatever AI system you use; no model is pinned. The bundle copies the studio; you register its skills and agents yourself with the included installer.

  • InstagramReads your account, drafts the post, and publishes only when you confirm.

Instagram agent for account reporting, drafting, and confirmation-gated publishing. Official Graph API preferred; unofficial fallback transport included and auto-selected when official credentials are absent.

  • PostPilotResearch, draft and SEO-shape a blog post, then publish only when you say.

Blog post research, drafting, and SEO shaping, with publishing gated behind your explicit confirmation.

  • Slide Deck BuilderTurns a goal into a deck that argues something, then builds it.

Offline-first slide decks with the craft judgment to argue something, not just parse: five-beat narrative arc, deck outlining, layout and craft linting, a critique pass, slide art prompts, and a real Google Slides export into the operator's own account.

  • Squarespace Escape KitExports a Squarespace site you own, pages and media, before you cancel.

Read-only public Squarespace site export crawler for an owner-authorised site.

  • Testimonial SelectorRanks the customer quotes you already hold and shows what they do not prove.

Ranks the customer quotes you already hold against a chosen audience and explains each placing, checks a quote for the wording and record problems that would stop you publishing it, and reports which of your claims no approved quote backs up. Offline, no account, no credential.

  • Sales Video PlannerPlans a sales video from your brief. You still write the script.

Plans a sales video from your brief. Builds an ordered beat sheet carrying your own offer, audience, problem, mechanism and proof, marks every beat you have not supplied the material for, checks that price, billing, delivery, guarantee and eligibility are stated before the ask, and scans a draft for the ten categories of statement that need evidence or sign-off. You write the script. Offline, no account, no credential.

  • Wix Escape KitGet your content out of Wix, into plain files you own.

Portable Wix API client and read-only site escape kit.

Communication8 agents
  • Calendar BriefTurn your calendar into a daily brief, open windows, and meeting prep.

Calendar brief MCP with offline scheduling logic verification and bounded own-calendar write support.

  • Email AgentTriage your inbox and write replies you send yourself.

Credential-free email triage and draft-only reply agent with configurable classification rules.

  • Postmaster ToolsSee how Gmail treats the mail going out from your sending domain.

Google Postmaster Tools v2 deliverability reporting and domain registration agent.

  • ResendDrafts a transactional email and sends it only when you say go.

Transactional email agent with an offline preview mode.

  • SlackRead your Slack workspace, and post only when you confirm it.

Slack messaging agent with offline help smoke checks.

  • Chat CleanupTurn a chat export into a cleanup list you review yourself.

Preview-first Telegram account hygiene with customer-controlled MTProto authentication.

  • WhatsAppLinks a WhatsApp account you own, and tells you if it is still connected.

This pairs a WhatsApp account you own with a local server on your machine, by QR code or pairing code. The recipe it ships is a read-only status check: not linked, linked but offline, or connected. Checking never sends anything and never triggers a reconnect. Sending is a separate command that refuses to run without an explicit send confirmation, every time. An optional official transport can send through the WhatsApp Cloud API first, with the linked device as backup; it is off until you set it up with your own Meta token.

  • ZoomHandles meeting admission and recording retention, never the content.

Privacy-first meeting metadata and workflow operator.

Audio, video and images8 agents
  • DescriptImports media, tracks jobs and edits projects in your own Descript account.

Descript API runtime with member-configured credentials and offline help validation.

  • ElevenLabsTurn a script into narration on your own ElevenLabs account.

Speech operator with model controls, long-form chunking, and a subscription balance guard.

  • FlowGenerate a short video clip from a written description.

Text-to-video and image-to-video generation agent. Submits directly on request and reports cost after every call.

  • Image UpscalerUpscale PNGs on your own machine, with the originals left untouched.

Local PNG upscaling to a separate output directory with protected originals.

  • KlingMake video from a description, a photo, or an audio track for lip sync.

  • Generative Media ConnectorSends image and video requests to your own muapi, fal.ai, or Replicate account.

Bring-your-own-key generative-media provider proxy and CLI (muapi.ai, fal.ai, Replicate), config-gated behind an explicit confirmation.

  • Video EditorTrim, resize, and caption video on your own machine, with no keys.

Local, mechanical video-editing operations over ffmpeg: trim, resize to a social-platform preset, extract audio, and burn in existing captions. No network calls, no credentials, no AI generation.

  • WhiskBlend a subject, a scene, and a style into one new image.

Subject, scene, and style image remixing agent. Generates directly on request and reports cost after every call.

  • KajabiRuns contacts, tags, offers, and orders inside your own Kajabi site.

Kajabi API agent with an offline demo.

  • Lead MachineFinds 25 real businesses that fit who you serve, each with a public way to reach them. Never sends anything.

Finds 25 real businesses that fit who you serve, each with a public contact route, then an optional warm network mode that drafts first messages from your own LinkedIn and inbox. Never sends anything.
